These terms apply to deluisioangus.com, our email updates and our text messaging program. Deluisio Angus is operated by Stella Manor LLC, doing business as Deluisio Angus, Avonmore, Pennsylvania. By using the site or signing up for messages you agree to them.
About the information on this site
- The site is for general information about our cattle and program. Nothing on it is an offer to sell a specific animal. Any sale is governed by a written agreement and our published Sale terms.
- EPDs, accuracies and percentile ranks come from the American Angus Association and change every week. Figures on this site are dated and may be out of date; the official, current record is on angus.org.
- Selection goals describe what we are breeding toward. They are not a statement about any individual animal.
- We work to keep information accurate but provide it as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Photos, videos and content
Photos, videos, text and the Deluisio Angus logo are ours unless otherwise noted. You may share links to our pages. Please ask before reusing our photos or content anywhere else.
What you send us
When you use a form, email or text us, you agree that the information is accurate and that you are allowed to send it. Please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive information through the site.
Text messaging program
Program name: Deluisio Angus Updates.
Description: recurring text messages from Deluisio Angus, which may be sent using an automated system. They include replies to your messages and inquiries, farm-visit scheduling, updates on cattle, breeding and the farm, and marketing messages such as promotions, sales and cattle available for sale.
How you join: by checking the separate, optional text-message box on one of our forms, or by texting START to 412-752-6487. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
To stop: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older, and the account holder of the mobile number or authorized by the account holder, to join.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Email updates
If you sign up for email updates, we will send farm and breeding news. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Links and embedded content
The site links to and shows content from other services, including the American Angus Association, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. We are not responsible for those services, their content or their privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Deluisio Angus is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the changes here with a new effective date.
