Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Deluisio Angus collects through deluisioangus.com, our forms, email and text messages, and what we do with it. Deluisio Angus is operated by Stella Manor LLC, doing business as Deluisio Angus (“we”, “us”), Avonmore, Pennsylvania. Questions: [email protected] or call or text 412-752-6487.

Information you give us

  • Contact and inquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and whatever you write in your message.
  • Email updates: your email address and name if you sign up for farm and breeding updates.
  • Text messages: your mobile number and your consent to receive texts, if you opt in (see Text messaging below).
  • Direct contact: anything you send us by email, phone or text.

Information collected automatically

  • Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. It uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect pages viewed, time on page, how you arrived (for example a search or a link), device and browser type, and approximate location (city or region, derived from your IP address). Google Analytics does not give us your name, email or phone number, and we do not send it any.
  • Server logs: our web host automatically records technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use information

  • To answer your questions and arrange farm visits.
  • To send the email updates or text messages you asked for.
  • To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
  • To keep the site secure and comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising or marketing.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to texts from Deluisio Angus, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you signed up for (replies, updates, and promotions and sales) and to reply to you. The full program details are in the Text messaging program section of our Terms.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing in this policy; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except the messaging platform and phone carriers that deliver our texts to you, and only for that purpose.

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

Email

Every email update includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from email does not affect texts, and replying STOP to texts does not affect email.

Embedded content and social media

Some pages show videos and posts from YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. To protect your privacy, these do not load until you click the button to load them. Until you click, nothing is sent to those companies. Once you load one, that company may set cookies, collect information about your visit and connect it to your account if you are signed in, under its own privacy policy:

Links to our social media profiles are ordinary links; the platforms’ own policies apply once you visit them.

Cookies

  • Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*): tell visits apart and measure site use. Expire after up to two years.
  • Embedded content: set by YouTube, TikTok, Meta or Instagram only after you choose to load their content.
  • WordPress: sets login cookies only for site administrators.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics does not store analytics cookies for your visit.

Who we share information with

Only with service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you, and only for that purpose:

  • Our website hosting provider.
  • Google, for Google Analytics.
  • The providers of our website forms and our email service.
  • Our text messaging service provider and the phone carriers that deliver messages.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety or that of others.

How long we keep it

  • Form messages and emails: as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of our conversation, then deleted.
  • Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
  • Text opt-in records: as long as you are subscribed, plus the period required to show your consent.
  • Google Analytics data: detailed user- and event-level data is kept for Google’s default period of two months, then deleted by Google. Aggregated reports that don’t identify individual visitors are kept longer.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from email at any time, reply STOP to texts, and use the cookie and Global Privacy Control options above.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection for the whole site. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as Pennsylvania law requires.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

Changes

We will post any changes here and update the effective date above. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will ask for your consent where the law requires.
